In this meeting co-hosted by Midland IRA and Ulmer & Berne, a panel of experts will specifically address the implications of the DOL Fiduciary Rule for the Futures and Derivatives Industry. In addition to analyses of the Rule geared specifically to the Futures and Derivative Industry, there will be opportunities for participants to submit questions both before and during the meeting. Attendance for in-house counsel and compliance staff is recommended. There is no course fee.
